MJF retained the AEW World Title at AEW Double or Nothing in the second to last match on the card. In case you’re wondering, MJF was totally fine with not being in the main event. That being said, the Salt of the Earth wasn’t 100% at the end of that match.

During AEW Double or Nothing, MJF experienced an injury to his forearm. The incident occurred when Darby Allin executed a top rope powerbomb. In the process, he inadvertently landed on MJF’s arm.

In the post-show media scrum, MJF made an appearance with his left arm and forearm heavily taped up. He expressed his frustration, mentioning how people seemed indifferent to his “forearm being f*cked.”

In a heated rant, MJF also criticized wrestling fans for their alleged lack of genuine concern for the well-being of performers. He was in rare form during the media scrum.

Despite the obvious injury and MJF’s remarks, the severity of the injury was not addressed or inquired about during the scrum. We will have to see if there are further updates, but MJF might have plenty of time to heal before his next match.
