WWE Superstars give their all in the ring, and sometimes that results in injuries. Sadly, Dakota Kai went down with a torn ACL, and now she needs to go under the knife.

The same match that Dakota Kai was injured just so happened to be the same one where Liv Morgan hurt her shoulder. It is unknown how long Liv Morgan will be out of action if she needs surgery, but she was also just cast in movie role.

During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer spoke about Dakota Kai’s injury situation. It was stated that she is having surgery, likely on Tuesday, and she’s looking at six to nine months on the sidelines after that.

Dakota Kai, I believe is having surgery tomorrow for a torn ACL, so that’s probably six to nine months out, so best wishes to her.

This is not a good thing for Dakota Kai, especially since Damage CTRL is still going strong on WWE television. Now Bayley and IYO Sky will have to make it work as a duo until Kai returns. This injury might also get in the way of any breakup storyline that WWE might have teased over the past couple of months.

WWE fans will certainly miss Dakota Kai, but she will hopefully be back before we know it, and totally healed as well. For more updates throughout the pro wrestling world, stay tuned with us her at Ringside News.
