AEW’s first console video game has been the talk of pro wrestling fans for a while now. There was a lot of development time for this new game, but now fans finally know when to expect the new drop.

The Fight Forever video game saw a few interesting hiccups in terms of roster changes. CM Punk was removed from the cover, but he is still apparently in the game. Odds are, Cody Rhodes was implemented, but he had to be taken out when he went to WWE.

AEW Games put all speculation to rest when they announced that AEW Fight Forever, the company’s first console video game, will drop on June 29th. Pre-orders are already available for the new game.

We’ve received a lot of updates about the new AEW video game in recent memory, and many speculated that Tony Khan would announce the release date on Dynamite. That is not the case, as AEW Games just dropped the big news with a tweet.

We will have to see how AEW Fight Forever is received by gamers. They can be very tough critics, especially where pro wrestling games are concerned. AEW Games certainly had enough time to make sure they got everything right before dropping this long-awaited game.
