Roman Reigns enjoys part-time schedule with WWE, because he has earned that luxury as Tribal Chief. Now, it seems that WWE has added him to another big event as the company returns to the World’s Most Famous Arena.

Madison Square Garden was considered home for WWE for a long time. They held a ton of historic events there, and each time they return to MSG, it’s a special event. Now, the venue has confirmed that Roman Reigns will be there when WWE returns.

Despite not being seen on WWE television since defeating Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 39 over a month ago, Reigns has been scheduled for a number of significant events in the upcoming weeks and months. He will also be on SmackDown this week to continue his storyline into Night Of Champions on May 27th.

Roman Reigns has been advertised for the May 12th SmackDown episode in Knoxville, Tennessee, and the May 27th Night of Champions event in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Additionally, he has been added to the lineup for the July 1st Money in the Bank event at the 02 Arena in London, England.

Now, there appears to be yet another addition to Roman Reigns’ part-time schedule. According to the official Madison Square Garden website, Reigns is among the names featured in the promotional material for the live SmackDown TV taping on July 7th. The card is always subject to change, but it appears that the Head of the Table will be there at MSG.

We will have to see what the future holds for Roman Reigns as he continues as a part-time champion on top of SmackDown. FOX seems very happy about the fact that they still have the Bloodline on their show, so only time will tell how their storyline progresses without the constant presence of Roman Reigns.

What’s your take on this situation with Roman Reigns? Do you think SmackDown deserves a full-time champion? Sound off in the comments!
