Carlito was one of the top mid-carders during his time in WWE but was eventually released in 2010 following an uninspiring final run. While he appeared during the 2021 Royal Rumble, it wasn’t until last night’s WWE Backlash event that Carlito truly felt like he had returned to the company.

In case you missed it, Caribbean Cool returned during Bad Bunny and Damian Priest’s San Juan Street Fight at the Backlash Premium Live Event. he came out to even the odds after The Judgment Day interfered in the match.

Carlito came out and hit his signature Backstabber and even got to spit an apple in Dominik Mysterio’s face. Needless to say, his return was received very well by fans in attendance.

In fact, recent footage has revealed just how insane the live reaction was from the Puerto Rico fans who got to witness Carlito’s shocking WWE return. Everyone in attendance lost their minds and the atmosphere was simply electric.

Carlito’s WWE return got a lot of views all across WWE’s social media handles. Carlito is also down to making WWE return for good. We’ll have to see whether Carlito ends up having one last run in the company.
