Triple H’s World Heavyweight Title Announcement Was A Big Shock For Everyone In WWE

WWE has a lot going on, with a UFC merger going down, and there are so many eyes on the company’s current events. An event in Puerto Rico will be followed by another massive show in Saudi Arabia, and Triple H had something to say that will pique interest for that Saudi show during the Backlash press conference.

We previously reported that Triple H revealed his plan for how WWE will determine their new World Heavyweight Champion. There will be two triple threat matches on RAW with the winners taking each other on at the end of the night to determine who will represent RAW. The same thing will happen on SmackDown.

The winners of those matches will then represent their brands at Night of Champions in a match for the new World Heavyweight Championship. Naturally, a lot of fans were surprised by these plans, and that includes those backstage.

Boozer666, who has a history of nailing stories, posted to let everyone know that people in WWE found out about WWE’s World Heavyweight Title plans as Triple H revealed them.

We will have to see who pulls down the new World Heavyweight Championship. There are some good options on the table, but this set-up will mean that the winner will have to win three matches to pull down the big prize.
