WWE has a lot of plans in the pipeline, and that includes booking massive shows. There is no off season, and plenty of cities are bidding on a chance to host the company’s biggest pay-per-view offerings.

WWE brings a ton of outside money into any city that hosts their events. That being said, there are a lot of options around the world.

Sean Sapp noted behind Fightful’s paywall that WWE is very interested in bringing a future Royal Rumble event to the Bay Area. It wasn’t noted exactly which venue would house the event, but it seems that could be the plan.

The Royal Rumble brings a lot of attention to any host city, as fans funnel in from all over the globe. The Bay Area also has a few huge venues that they could offer such an event.

WWE likes to play large houses, including stadiums, for their big 4 pay-per-views. That could call for a globetrotting adventure, because you never know where WWE will book their next massive event.
