Saraya Shares Rare Throwback Photo from Her First Wrestling Promo

Saraya is considered a pioneer in professional wrestling as she has helped establish women’s wrestling in general in a big way. Being a veteran herself, fans were recently treated to a very rare photo of Saraya when she began her career in pro wrestling.

The AEW star has been one of the mainstays of AEW television after debuting in the company last year. Naturally, fans have been very responsive to whatever she has been doing so far.

The first-ever NXT Women’s Champion’s family includes her parents Ricky and Julia as well as her older brother Zak Zodiac. She made her pro wrestling debut back in 2005, belonging to the Knight family.

Saraya took to Twitter and uploaded a very rare photo of herself, which turned out to be her first-ever promo photo 18 years ago. Saraya was all smiles in the photo and sported a look that surprised many fans who were used to seeing her with her trademark raven black hair.

Saraya also recently called out fan who claimed she had the personality of a brick. Regardless, Saraya is currently busy feuding with Britt Baker and Jamie Hayter alongside her Outcast members and that’s all she is focusing on right now.
