Richard Holliday was on hiatus from Major League Wrestling for numerous months after announcing that he was being treated for Hodgkin’s lymphoma in December last year. It has been a few months since that announcement and it appears that he has some great news to share about his recovery.

Back in February this year, Richard Holliday announced that he completed his cancer treatment process and that he was on the road to recovery. Naturally, fans were very happy to hear this news.

Richard Holliday himself would then confirm that he was officially free agent and no longer part of Major League Wrestling. MLW CEO Court Bauer also made it clear that Holliday is always open to returning to the company anytime.

Richard Holliday took to Twitter and replied to an older tweet from last year, where Holliday had stated he will beat cancer. Holliday then officially announced that he is in remission.

I’m in remission!

This is certainly great news for fans who have been supporting Richard Holliday since day one. We will have to wait and see whether Holliday will make his return to MLW somewhere down the line, especially after MLW will be going live this year.
