The first night of the WWE Draft took place on Friday’s episode of SmackDown, with several stars being drafted to different shows, and some becoming free agents. However, it’s the NXT call-ups that have caught the most attention.

JD McDonagh, Zoey Stark, Von Wagner, and Apollo Crews were among the NXT stars who moved to the main roster, while NXT Women’s Champion Indi Hartwell and NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn were drafted on the main show.

Despite the number of names that have been drafted, some fans are still waiting to see if their favorites will be picked up by a brand. Among them is Cameron Grimes, who has not been seen on WWE television for months.

After the announcement of the SmackDown LowDown picks, Grimes took to Twitter to seemingly express his disappointment about not being drafted, simply sharing a gif of Spongebob waiting.

However, fans shouldn’t lose hope just yet as there’s still one more night of the WWE Draft left to go. The second night of the Draft will take place on Monday’s episode of RAW, and fans can expect more surprises and roster moves.

The rosters will take effect on the May 8 episode of Raw, which will follow the WWE Backlash event on May 6. So, fans will have to wait and see which NXT stars will make the move to the main roster and who will remain in NXT.

Which NXT stars do you think will be drafted to the main roster on the second night of the WWE Draft? Who are you hoping to see make the move to Raw or SmackDown? Leave a comment.
