Bray Wyatt’s Current WWE Status Amid 2023 Draft

WWE’s 2023 Draft is well underway, but Bray Wyatt hasn’t been seen. At this point, it might be a very long time until fans see him appear on WWE television again, because he still hasn’t made his return after an unexpected disappearance.

Bray Wyatt has been out of action since the road to WrestleMania. His match with Bobby Lashley was nixed and Wyatt was removed from television. He was not included in the 2023 WWE Draft either, and the waiting game for his return continues.

A rumor is going around saying that Bray Wyatt was taken off WWE’s internal run sheet around April 18th, but then he returned to that list prior to SmackDown. We were unable to confirm this narrative at all.

Ringside News reached out to confirm Bray Wyatt’s current status. A tenured member of the creative team confirmed to us that “no change in Bray Wyatt situation.”

Bray Wyatt was allegedly spotted in Burbank before WrestleMania 39. He seemed to be in a good mood when this fan spotted him, but he didn’t respond to a question about his absence from WrestleMania.

We exclusively reported a couple of weeks ago that Bray Wyatt’s status hasn’t changed. He is still not medically cleared to compete. We will have to wait until he makes his return, but we have no way of knowing how long that will be at this point.
