An update on the popularity of the new Latino World Order faction in WWE has emerged, and it appears that the group’s rebirth has been well received by fans.

Santos Escobar of Legado Del Fantasma aligned himself with Rey Mysterio ahead of WrestleMania 39, during the WWE legend’s feud with Dominik Mysterio.

During the March 31 episode of SmackDown, Mysterio gave Escobar, Joaquin Wilde, Cruz Del Toro, and Zelina Vega Latino World Order t-shirts, revealing that the new alliance will pay homage to the WCW faction of the same name.

According to Dave Meltzer on the Wrestling Observer Radio, Latino World Order merchandise is “selling very well right now”. WWE Shop currently has LWO shirts available with Mexican flags and Puerto Rican flags.

This news comes ahead of WWE’s upcoming Backlash premium live event, which will take place on May 6 at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico José Miguel Agrelot arena. Bad Bunny will officially return to the ring to face off against Damian Priest at the event.

The popularity of the LWO faction is good news for WWE, as the company continues to explore new storylines and factions to keep fans engaged. It remains to be seen how far the group will go, but with their merchandise selling well and WWE’s upcoming visit to Puerto Rico, the future looks bright for the LWO.

What do you think of the rebirth of the Latino World Order in WWE? Are you excited to see where this storyline goes, and would you consider buying LWO merchandise to show your support? Leave a comment.
