Sean Sapp noted behind Fightful’s paywall that WWE had to nix a Damage CTRL segment from the show. It was not noted what this segment would have involved, or how it might have progressed their ongoing storyline.

There was a Damage CTRL backstage segment that didn’t run.

It wasn’t noted why this segment was nixed, either. Obviously, a segment can hit the cutting room floor for many different reasons, and not all of them are negative.

There are rumors that cracks are forming in the Damage CTRL stable. Any time on television would be a chance to explain what is going on in this situation. We’ll have to see if WWE doubles up on some Damage CTRL angles later on, but things are very interesting between Bayley, IYO Sky, and Dakota Kai.

Do you want to see Damage CTRL break up, or are they better as a unified front? Let us know all about it in the comment section below!
