Becky Lynch drew lot of attention when she announced that tonight’s episode of WWE RAW will not include The Man. She won’t be on the show, despite the fact that Trish Stratus is supposedly going to explain why she turned on Lynch. There is a lot more to Becky Lynch’s situation than just this week’s RAW.

We previously noted that Becky Lynch was reportedly dealing with an injury of some kind. It turns out that is very likely, because we have another report that has narrowed down her problem.

Sean Sapp noted behind Fightful’s paywall that Becky Lynch’s absence from WWE RAW this week is interesting. It was noted that she was set to be at RAW as of last week, but now she’s dealing with a minor foot injury that’s gotten worse.

Becky Lynch, one of the top stars in pro wrestling and a WrestleMania main eventer, legitimately is not set to be at the April 17 episode of Raw. When we inquired within WWE we were told that she was originally scheduled to be at WWE Raw as of last Monday, but WWE sources had indicated that there are “no issues to their knowledge between Becky Lynch and WWE.” She’s been dealing with a minor foot injury, which has been exacerbated recently.

Hopefully, Becky Lynch can correct whatever problems she is having. Obviously, WWE needs her to be healthy enough to compete, so missing a week of work might just be what she needs.

There is a lot to unpack in this story. Keep checking back with Ringside News as we continue covering this still-developing story.
