WWE is still rolling on after WrestleMania 39. The aftermath following the show of shows leaves a lot of possibilities, and there is also a ton of drama backstage. Now we have a bit of a spoiler for this week’s show, so keep that in mind.

SmackDown will include a lot of WrestleMania fallout, and it appears that it might include a brutal segment as well. After all, it looks like someone might be leaving in an ambulance.

Sean Sapp noted behind Fightful’s paywall that WWE is planning a rather interesting angle for tonight’s SmackDown. It was noted that they plan on producing a stretcher spot somewhere during the show.

As of Thursday there was set to be a stretcher job on Smackdown.

It was also noted that, “creative notes were sent along a full 24 hours before Smackdown.” We’ll just have to see if they stick to those plans, because Vince McMahon could always show up to destroy everything.

At this time, Vince McMahon’s status for SmackDown is mystery. There are also some WWE higher-ups who are hoping that SmackDown will return to Triple H’s way of running the show, without McMahon’s involvement.
