Dominik Mysterio Admits to Sore Backside After WrestleMania 39 Spanking

Dominik Mysterio has been involved in a storyline with The Judgment Day ever since he betrayed his father and Edge last year. He has been paired up with Rhea Ripley a lot since then, and fans are starting to like his character now. He even lost to Rey Mysterio at WrestleMania 39, but not before getting spanked by his father. It seems Dominik is still feeling the effects of his father punishing him.

Rey Mysterio and Dominik Mysterio’s feud was one of the better storylines on WWE programming for a long time. It all culminated at WrestleMania 39, where they finally squared off against each other in a singles match.

One of the best highlights of this match saw Rey Mysterio finally punishing his son for all the harassment he put Mysterio through. Mysterio took out his belt and spanked his disrespectful son many times, much to the delight of fans in attendance. Mysterio went on to defeat his son as well.

While speaking to Greg & The Morning Buzz, Dominik Mysterio was simply asked if he was sore after the match. Rey Mysterio’s son stated that he was feeling pain in his backside, where he was spanked.

Michael Cole also had great reaction to the spot. Dominik Mysterio and Damian Priest would then go on to destroy Bad Bunny on this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW. We’ll have to wait and see what’s next in store for Dominik Mysterio.
