While appearing on CNBC’s Squawk Box alongside Vince McMahon, Ariel Emanuel took on a question about WWE’s current media rights discussions. He had to admit that they haven’t started yet, but WWE is still in a very fine place.

The rights fees are coming up, no, they have not started the talks.

WWE generates a lot of viewership with their fan base of diehards and casual viewers. Only time will tell if this next round of television rights deals will include some new names at the table. After all, an association with the UFC could bring up some very interesting possibilities.
