IMPACT Wrestling suffered a major blow in the buildup to Sacrifice as the promotion’s top champions Josh Alexander and Mickie James were sidelined with injuries. It seems that Scott D’Amore and his team are still moving forward with their plans for future pay-per-view events, as the promotion has revealed the location and date for their Slammiversary show.

IMPACT Wrestling announced during the Sacrifice event tonight that they will return to St. Clair College in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, on July 15th for Slammiversary. The 2023 edition of Sacrifice also emanated from St. Clair College, and featured the return of Scott D’Amore.

For those wondering, Scott D’Amore made his surprise return after Bully Ray’s win over Tommy Dreamer in a Busted Open match at Sacrifice tonight. Scott planted Jason Hotch with a Canadian Destroyer to a huge pop from the crowd in attendance at St. Clair.

OH CANADA!
