Dominik Mysterio Says He Only Cares About What Rhea Ripley Tells Him To

Dominik Mysterio has been involved in a storyline with The Judgment Day ever since he betrayed his father and Edge last year. He has been paired up with Rhea Ripley a lot since then, and this has made fans wonder about their actual relationship. In fact, Dominik only cares about what Rhea Ripley tells him to.

He even attacked his father on Thanksgiving after that. Mysterio and Rhea Ripley decided to crash Rey Mysterio’s place on Christmas Eve, but it did not go the way they planned this time, as Dominik was arrested. Afterwards, he was sent to jail for his actions and now Dominiik Mysterio explained why he was sent to jail.

Following a short stint in jail as part of his storyline, Dominik Mysterio returned with a whole new look, as many called him Prison Dom. For the most part, fans are beginning to like his heel character now.

In a recent interview with Sean Ross Sapp ahead of the WWE Royal Rumble 2023 event, Dominik Mysterio expressed his deep devotion to Ripley, stating that he feels he needs to be wherever she is. His willingness to follow her lead and prioritize her needs highlights the strength of their bond and underscores the importance of having a support system during challenging times.

“Nobody wants to be [in jail] but once you get into a comfortable space where it’s like, you can call your own shots in there, man, it doesn’t matter where you are, right? For me at this point, I feel like wherever mami is, I have to be.”

Dominik Mysterio is very likely to square off against his father Rey Mysterio at WrestleMania 39. With WrestleMania 39 just two weeks away, WWE is looking for the right moment to officially announce the highly-anticipated match-up between the father and son.
