The storyline involving Sami Zayn and The Bloodline has been one of the most interesting in WWE. For weeks, fans were speculating that Sami would turn on Roman Reigns and it finally happened at the 2023 Royal Rumble. Following Sami’s betrayal of the group, Jey Uso also seemingly walked out of the group.

For weeks, Jimmy Uso and Roman Reigns were trying to get in touch with him but he didn’t respond to their messages or calls. Just when it looked like Jey would align with Sami, he turned on him in a vicious assault on RAW last week.

This week on SmackDown, Jey Uso said that he betrayed Sami because he had to since Jey and Roman were family while Sami wasn’t.

Following SmackDown, Jey appeared on SmackDown LowDown and challenged Zayn to meet him in the middle of the ring next week.

“Sami Zayn. Hey Sami. Next week, I’m gonna see you in the middle of that ring, Uce. So, pull up,” he said.

It’s still not clear if this is a match or a segment between the two men. However, given everything that has gone on, this should be interesting. Stay tuned to Ringside News for live coverage of SmackDown. The updated match card for SmackDown next week:

#1 Contender for the WWE Intercontinental Championship: Sheamus vs. Drew McIntyre
