WWE is well on their way to WrestleMania 39, and April 1st and 2nd will be here before we know it. A lot of things will go down before the big two-night event in SoFi Stadium, and fans should expect a few twists and turns along the way.

Lita showed up on RAW last week to set up huge title match against Damage CTRL. It culminated in a massive match for this week’s RAW, as Lita and Becky Lynch ended up becoming the new WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions. Now it seems WWE is planning twists and turns for the titles.

During the match, when all hope seemed lost for Becky Lynch and Lita, Trish Stratus made her shocking return to WWE television. She helped out Lynch and Lita and ensured they didn’t get screwed over.

With Becky Lynch and Lita now the champions, the title picture looks quite interesting. This is due to the fact that Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler also plan on going after the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships.

According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Newsletter, it was noted that WWE is planning twists and turns for the title, as we head towards WrestleMania 39 in just a month.

“The only thing we know is that the women’s tag title situation with the six women involved, as well as Bayley and Trish Stratus, has several twists and turns yet to come before the matches are finalized.

“Whether that means another title change back, or a Stratus heel turn leading to that, or something else isn’t known past we’ve got more storyline to get to the destination of likely two different matches coming out of this.

“But Rousey & Baszler were to face whoever ends up as the tag team champions in a few weeks.”

Ronda Rousey recently revealed that she wanted to dominate the Women’s Tag Team Division with Shayna Baszler and, whilst she wouldn’t say “no” to a title opportunity, it isn’t something she’s “chasing necessarily.” We’ll have to see what the title scene will look like in a month.
