Eddie Kingston quit AEW after Dynamite this past Wednesday and that stirred a storm on social media. Kingston has been vocal about his frustrations with AEW in the past. It appears he’s still unhappy with the locker room.
Eddie Kingston took to Twitter on Friday to drag the AEW locker room for allegedly being self-centered. The Mad King said he “felt free” from “disgusting ego maniacs” when he walked into the Ring of Honor locker room.
I went into the @ringofhonor locker room and felt free. Free from snakes and liars and disgusting ego maniacs that are all for self and not for the company . It felt good to be with men and women who want to do there JOBS! I remember when @AEW use to be like that.
Tony Khan dropped a cryptic message on Eddie Kingston’s AEW status following his walkout. The AEW and ROH head honcho asked fans to tune into AEW and ROH to find out about Eddie’s future.
As seen on the relaunched ROH television show last night, Kingston challenge ROH World Champion Claudio Castagnoli to a title bout following his match against AR Fox in the show’s main event.
It remains to be seen if Castagnoli will accept Kingston’s challenge for a championship match. Stay tuned to Ringside News as we will keep you updated on the Eddie Kingston situation.
