Wes Lee issued an open challenge for his North American Championship tonight on WWE NXT. The Kardiak Kid was extremely surprised to learn about his opponent on the show.
Tonight’s edition of WWE NXT opened with an all-out brawl between the men’s locker room as everybody wanted a shot at Lee’s North American Championship. Odyssey Jones, Xyon Quinn, Edris Enofé, and Malik Blade brawled with each other backstage.
Dabba-Kato emerged from the back to answer Wes Lee’s open challenge, but was taken out by Apollo Crews. Nathan Frazer made his surprise from injury to answer the open challenge. Frazer made it to the ring and the referee called for the bell.

Vic Joseph noted that Frazer last competed on NXT in October 2022. He had been out of action with an injury. Frazer himself revealed during the November 8, 2022 edition of the white and gold brand that he was waiting for medical clearance.
It remains to be seen how Shawn Michaels will book Nathan Frazer now that he’s once again back on the roster. Stay tuned to Ringside News from more from the world of pro wrestling.
