The Undisputed WWE Universal Championship match between Roman Reigns and Kevin Owens at the 2023 Royal Rumble was doomsday for The Bloodline faction in WWE. For a month leading up to the pay-per-view, WWE had been teasing tensions between Reigns and Sami Zayn despite the latter proving his loyalty to the Tribal Chief at Survivor Series WarGames. However, The Honorary Uce’s allegiance wasn’t enough when it came down to brutalizing his best friend Kevin Owens with a steel chair at the Royal Rumble.

In an effort to save Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn had a change of heart as he turned babyface at the Alamodome by smashing a steel chair on Roman Reigns’ back. Things didn’t end all too well for Zayn as the Bloodline proceeded to decimate The Honorary Uce right after the surprise attack, with Jey Uso being the only exception. Jey left the ring with a confused look on his face, leading to his exit from the heel stable.

This past week at Elimination Chamber, Sami Zayn challenged Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship. The former Honorary Uce failed to dethrone The Tribal Chief after wrongfully hitting Jey Uso with a spear. The timely chaos in the final moments allowed Reigns to retain both his titles against Zayn.

This week on Monday Night RAW, Sami Zayn asked for Kevin Owens’ help in taking down The Bloodline. The Prizefighter, who previously parted ways with the former Honoraray Uce during the latter’s Bloodline run, refused to help his old friend in his quest to topple the Roman Empire.

Ahead of this week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown, Jey Uso was spotted traveling with The Bloodline. Taking to his Instagram story, Jey shared a photo of himself at the airport with Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa, who were photographed from behind to his Instagram story.

The WWE Universe will witness the aftermath of the Elimination Chamber Premium Live Event on tonight’s SmackDown. It remains to be seen what angle WWE will execute to have Jey realign himself with The Bloodline.
