Deadline published a story to hype AEW’s new reality television show. During the article, Jason Sarlanis, president, Turner Networks, ID, & HLN Linear and Streaming. During that article, it was said that AEW Dynamite’s viewership is far more than it really is.

“AEW has such an amazingly loyal and dedicated fan base that brings in more than 4 million viewers to TBS every Wednesday night. With All Access, we are bringing that incredible audience a whole new way to experience the wrestling universe they love.”

Of course, that 4 million viewers a week number is not correct. In fact, this week was rare instance when Tony Khan’s company was even able to bring 1 million viewers to TBS.

We’ll have to see how AEW: All Access turns out. Obviously, TBS is very happy about this addition to their lineup, but if 4 million is the number that they believe AEW Dynamite pulls in each week, then they are sadly mistaken.
