CM Punk & AJ Lee Take A Walk In The Rain For Valentine’s Day

The wrestling industry is filled with some of the most talked about couples in history. These superstars have met and come close due to spending the maximum time with each other on the road. Furthermore, a highly popular couple in the wrestling world includes former wrestlers CM Punk and his wife, AJ Lee. The duo was recently spotted celebrating Valentine’s Day on the streets of the city.

CM Punk and AJ Lee have been together for many years now. They decided to take a stroll down the streets on a rainy day to celebrate their love on the occasion of Valentine’s Day, as seen in a photo posted on Instagram by CM Punk.

“Rain or shine, always my valentine @theajmendez.”

CM Punk and AJ Lee met during their time in the global juggernaut, WWE, back in the early 2010s. This was at the height of a high-profile feud involving Punk, AJ, and Daniel Bryan for the WWE championship.

The former Divas champion was seemingly playing her own mind games, showing affection towards both CM Punk and Daniel Bryan. Moreover, the storyline became very popular and perhaps led to Punk and AJ Lee coming close in real-life.

CM Punk and AJ Lee were married in 2014. This was sometime after the Best in the World walked out of WWE due to health reasons and creative frustrations. Moreover, AJ Lee also took retirement from the ring a year later and left the company.

CM Punk is currently signed with All Elite Wrestling, however, he has been off television since the real-life brawl with The Elite faction that took place at AEW All Out. AJ Lee, on the other hand, is currently pursuing other ventures and serves as Executive Producer and color commentator for the Women of Wrestling promotion.
