Chelsea Green’s Backstage Reception After WWE Return

Chelsea Green debuted on the main roster on Friday Night Smackdown back in 2018. Unfortunately, her time in the company was marred by a series of injuries and she was subsequently fired. Green is now back in WWE for a couple of weeks and it seems those backstage in WWE are glad to have her back.

After getting released by WWE, Chelsea Green made her way to the independent circuit, especially in Impact Wrestling and GCW. She honed her craft and became a fan-favorite in record time.

Chelsea Green would then make her return during the Women’s Royal Rumble match during the Premium Live Event. Green has been portraying a Karen-like character on Monday Night RAW after her return.

According to a report by Sean Ross Sapp behind Fightful’s paywall, the reception to her performances on Monday Night RAW has been quite positive, to say the least. Thus, fans can expect to see more of her regularly.

Chelsea Green has made her comeback with a completely different mindset and accomplished background under her belt. It is yet to be seen if she would be able to replicate the same success in WWE that she achieved outside the company.
