Lita Makes Surprise Return During WWE RAW

Lita was involved in WWE’s first-ever women’s steel cage match on a 2004 episode of Monday Night RAW. Tonight, the WWE Hall of Famer showed up on the red brand to help a top star in a major way.

Tonight’s edition of RAW featured a steel cage main event between Becky Lynch and Bayley. The match had originally taken place a few weeks ago, but was cut short due to time constraints.

Damage CTRL interfered towards the end of the match. Dakota Kai handed Bayley a crutch to take out Lynch. Lita’s music hit and she arrived to take out IYO SKY. The former RAW Women’s Champion destroyed SKY with a Twist of Fate.

The distraction allowed Becky Lynch to hit Bayley with a Manhandle Slam and get the win in the process. Ringside News had reported about Lita’s return to RAW as a spoiler before the show.
