Baron Corbin honed his craft in Triple H’s version of NXT. The three-time Golden Gloves winner got a major push on the main roster that saw an unfortunate ending. It appears that his alliance with JBL may be over as well.

Baron Corbin squared off against Dexter Lumis on WWE RAW tonight. The “Modern-Day Wrestling God” tried to outdo his opponent, but failed to get a decisive win. Dexter Lumis ultimately got the win over Corbin.

Backstage, JBL couldn’t believe Baron Corbin lost the match. JBL told Corgin he sold out WrestleMania but Corbin was a “chump change television.”  He said his legacy has lost all credibility because of Corbin before walking out on him.

Baron Corbin entered into an alliance with JBL on the October 17, 2022, edition of Monday Night RAW. It remains to be seen if the two will appear together again in the foreseeable future.
