Cody Rhodes made his triumphant return to WWE at WrestleMania 38 and put on a match-of-the-year contender with Seth Rollins. Although the American Nightmare missed a majority of the calendar year of 2022 due to injury, he is now ready to return to the square circle, looking better than ever. Rhodes is already a hot merchandise seller before his Royal Rumble return.
The American Nightmare is set to make his long-awaited return at the Royal Rumble Premium Live Event after being sidelined by a long-term injury. He’ll take part in the 30-Man Rumble Match.
Sean Sapp reported behind Fightful’s paywall that Cody Rhode’s merchandise has been selling like crazy. The Royal Rumble Superstore opened on Thursday at 4 PM at Parking Lot C of The Alamodome.
Cody’s merchandise has been selling like crazy this weekend, we’re told.
The Royal Rumble Superstore ran from 10 AM to 9 PM on Friday. It will run from 9 AM to 11 PM today, and then from 9 AM to 2 PM on Sunday. The merchandise is selling like hotcakes before the premium live event.
After his run in WWE ended in 2016, Cody Rhodes went on career resurgence and molded himself into one of the biggest stars in the wrestling world. He went on to wrestle for various promotions and joined AEW in 2019 helping with the inception of the company.
Cody Rhodes has been the heavy favorite to win the 2023 Royal Rumble match for long time. We will have to wait and see how Cody Rhodes will fare in the Royal Rumble match. Keep an eye on Ringside News for more.
