Luke Gallows is currently signed to the WWE Raw brand, and he is part of the OC, a stable consisting of him, Karl Anderson and AJ Styles. Gallows is one of the wrestlers who were released by WWE during 2020’s budget cuts. Once Triple H took control of WWE creative, Gallows is one of the many wrestlers that he brought back to the company. During his time away from WWE, Gallows returned to Impact Wrestling, where he competed for 2 years. While with Impact Wrestling, Gallows helped another former WWE Superstar get back into wrestling.

Big Bill Morrissey, or Big Cass during his WWE run, recently appeared on the “AEW Unrestricted” podcast where he spoke about his journey to AEW and first meeting with Tony Khan and most notably how Gallows helped him muster the courage to come back to wrestling.

Morrissey talked about his reluctance to get on Impact, as he felt he had fallen off in relevance with the wrestling crowd. Gallows urged him to get on and kickstarted his return to wrestling.

“Because of Gallows. When I was trying to come back to wrestling, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to do it. He really helped me in that beginning process to kind of get me to come back. Then he put me one of his shows. I was like, ‘I don’t know. I don’t think that people are gonna remember me.’ He was like, ‘You’re out of your mind. They’re going to definitely remember you.’ You know how we can get some times? ‘I don’t know. I don’t think the reaction is going to be that great because they haven’t seen me in so long.’ The reaction when I came back on one of his shows was incredible. He went to Impact and he went to Scott and he said, ‘I think you should give this guy a chance. Give him a shot.’ Then I started talking to Scott through Gallows. We agreed to fly me into Nashville the day of Rebellion. We were kind of on a week to week basis, month to month, we were only doing it per appearance. I guess I made an impression pretty quickly and I got to be there for about a year which was incredibly important for my development, especially coming back from a few years off.”

Luke Gallows made his return to WWE on the October 10 2022 episode of RAW where he saved stablemate AJ Styles from an attack by the Judgement Day. This was also the start of Gallow’s third run with the company.

Luke Gallows last appeared in the tag team turmoil match on January 9’s RAW against The Judgement Day where he fought alongside the OC stablemate Karl Anderson. The O.C. fell to a surprise rollup by Judgement Day’s Finn Balor after Dominik pulled the legs out from under Luke Gallows.
