Kevin Owens finally got Roman Reigns to accept his challenge for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship at the upcoming Royal Rumble premium live event. The match gets official next week.

WWE announced that Kevin Owens and Roman Reigns will sign their contract for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship match next Friday on SmackDown. The Prized Fighter was ruthlessly destroyed by The Bloodline in the main event of SmackDown this week.

Plus, Banger Bros. (Drew McIntyre and Sheamus) will finally get their hands on The Viking Raiders. The two teams will collide in the first round of the tag titles contender’s tournament. For those wondering, Erik and Ivar attacked the Banger Bros. after their loss to The Usos last week on SmackDown.

WWE is expected to announce more matches for SmackDown between tonight and next Friday. The January 20, 2023, edition of the blue brand will emanate from the Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan.
