Ric Flair Is Happy About Vince McMahon’s WWE Return

Vince McMahon’s return to WWE has everyone talking. Although there are many nervous individuals in this situation, Ric Flair seems to be on board.

During the latest To Be The Man podcast, Ric Flair opened up a bit about several subjects. Since Vince McMahon is in the news, The Nature Boy had to comment as well. It turns out that Flair feels differently about the situation than most might.

Ric Flair stated that he is glad Vince McMahon is back with WWE. He went on to say that Mr. McMahon “lives and breathes” the pro wrestling business. That being said, Flair is confident that McMahon is the right man for the position.

“I’m personally glad he’s back. I don’t begin to know, There’s only a few people that do know and I’m not one of them. I honestly believe that he lives and breathes the business and he just said to himself, ‘I own all this stuff. It’s mine. I built it. I want back in’, and I don’t blame him. Thirty years of being on TV on RAW. Think about that. Thirty years. I mean, it’s unbelievable. I hope he walks out that door in Philadelphia, busts the door open, stands there, and struts down that aisle and says, ‘I’m back.’ The place would go crazy. I guarantee it. That will be a rating.”

This podcast came out before Vince McMahon was re-appointed as Chairman of WWE’s Board of Directors. Odds are, Ric Flair would feel the exact same about this big business move for Vince McMahon.

Vince McMahon was brought back to WWE to help facilitate a potential sale. There are some possible buyers as well, and JPMorgan was brought in to help deal with the proceedings. We will have to see what happens with WWE in the months to come, but Ric Flair seems to approve of things.
