WWE NXT is the place for young and talented athletes to develop their craft and be molded for their main roster tenure. WWE’s hour-long weekly show and live events often feature NXT talent to get a main roster experience, and recently Pretty Deadly was featured on a WWE live event.

Pretty Deadly has emerged to become one of the most exciting tag teams in WWE developmental territory. The team of Elton Prince and Kit Wilson stayed atop the tag team division as champions until they were dethroned by The New Day to become the new NXT Tag Team champions at NXT Deadline in December 2022.

The New Day and Pretty Deadly have been involved in a heated exchange of words since then, and their rivalry added a new chapter when Pretty Deadly made their debut at WWE live event on Saturday night, in a match against Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods.

Pretty Deadly has been on WWE’s radar for quite some time for a call-up to the main roster. After working the live event on Saturday, reports suggest that they have also been booked for Sunday’s event in Huntsville, Alabama. This seemingly confirms that we could see the exciting tag team on either RAW or Smackdown in the near future.
