Eric Bischoff gained recognition as an on-screen commentator and a backstage executive during the nineties. The responsibilities prevented him from taking on a more physical role. Still, Bischoff managed to mix up his martial arts background with wrestling. Now, he’s once again set to get physical inside the squared circle.

Speaking on the latest edition of After 83 Weeks podcast, Eric Bischoff revealed he’ll make his in-ring comeback on an indie show next month in Florida. It will be Eric, his son Garrett Bischoff, Wes Brisco appearing on the same card.

“I’m going to be wrestling on a card in Florida on February 11. Wes Brisco, my son [Garrett Bischoff], myself, and Jerry Brisco all on the same card. All I’m telling you is, February 11 is going to be a big damn deal.”

The 67-year-old hasn’t wrestled in nearly 11 years. His last match transpired against Jeremy Borash on an episode of Impact Wrestling in 2012. It remains to be seen how will the former WCW president fare inside the square circle.
