Vince McMahon was able to muscle his way back into WWE in, what will likely be regarded as, one of the most ruthless business moves of all time. Now that McMahon is back on the company’s Board of Directors, only time will tell how long it will take for Mr. McMahon’s influence to be seen on television.

The road to WrestleMania is kicking off with January 28th’s Royal Rumble event, but Triple H might not get a chance to book his first show of shows after all. Everything is up in the air, and this is likely one of the subjects that will be addressed during the company’s “all hands on deck” meeting today.

Vince Russo projected that Vince McMahon will regain some sort of creative influence once again. In fact, he also threw out a tweet that gave a pretty ominous warning to any WWE Superstar who shoveled a bit of subtle shade on Vince McMahon’s booking in favor of his son-in-law.

Bro-all the @WWE talent who PRAISED @TripleH & PURPOSELY SLIGHTED @VinceMcMahon in Interviews-GOOD LUCK! Stupid, stupid, stupid, stupid. From day one Vince had STOOGES in the Office reporting EVERYTHING back to him. Man, is PAYBACK going to be a Biatch!!!
