WWE has a loaded schedule for 2023, and they just added another overseas trip to the agenda. July 1st’s Money In The Bank event will take place in London’s O2 Arena.

The company made the announcement official today via a press release that Money In The Bank will be held in London this year. This event will likely include two Money In The Bank ladder matches, one for the men and for the women, and both brands will be represented on the show.

Dan Ventrelle, EVP, Talent at WWE, hyped the upcoming event coming to the O2 Arena. WWE has held plenty of great shows for those fans, and it appears that the biggest one yet is likely coming their way in July.

“The O2 is one of the world’s premier venues and the perfect home for Money In The Bank. We are excited to bring one of our ‘Big 5’ events to the UK and look forward to welcoming the WWE Universe to London on July 1.”

Christian D’Acuña, Senior Programming Director at The O2, had some incredible words to say. They are very excited about this huge event coming their way.

“We are honored to be hosting the first ever Money In The Bank event taking place in the UK here at The O2. We’re looking forward to welcoming back WWE fans to The O2 this summer for an unforgettable night with some of WWE’s biggest Superstars.”

We will have to see what kind of build WWE gives Money In The Bank this year. Obviously, fans in the UK have begged for WrestleMania for years, but Money In The Bank will be a nice trade, since it quickly became one of the most important events on the company’s schedule.
