FTR are one of the most accomplished tag teams in the world today. Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler have had successfull tag title defenses around the world. Unfortunately, tonight wasn’t their night.

FTR put their IWGP Tag Team Championship on the line against World Tag League 2022 winners Hirooki Goto and Yoshi-Hashi at New Japan Pro Wrestling’s Wrestling Kingdom 17 pay-per-view event tonight.

The two teams put on a great match for the crowd in attendance at the Tokyo Dome and fans watching at home around the world. In the end, the challengers hit Harwood with their super tag team finisher and got the win.

Wheeler nearly missed the big wrestling event due to travel issues. The one-half of FTR previously stated he got into trouble because of paperwork and flight issues.
