WWE will return to San Antonio, Texas, for the 36th annual Royal Rumble premium live event next month. The company officially announced a big match for the January 28th PLE during SmackDown this week.

WWE announced that Bray Wyatt and LA Knight will collide in a “Pitch Black Match” at the Royal Rumble. It remains to be seen if this will be a cinematic match or a traditional gimmick match.

The match was booked after Bray Wyatt accepted LA Knight’s challenge for bout during SmackDown this week. The two were involved in a back and forth until Uncle Howdy showed up.
The mysterious figure shocked everyone, including LA Knight, when he took out Bray Wyatt with Sister Abigail. Howdy then left the ring as Knight watched in disbelief.
