People In WWE Think Sasha Banks Will Eventually Return

Sasha Banks single-handedly became one of the biggest topics of discussion earlier after she, along with Naomi, walked out in the middle of Raw back in May. Things completely changed after that, as Banks eventually distanced herself from WWE in every possible way. While her time in WWE is seemingly over, it seems there are people in WWE who believe she will eventually return.

As previously reported, Sasha Banks will be part of the Wrestle Kingdom 17 event in Tokyo Dome on January 4th, 2023. This will mark her first appearance for wrestling promotion in months. It was also reported that Sasha Banks is done with WWE.

According to Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, there are those in WWE who believe that Sasha Banks will eventually make her way back to the company.

Obviously if Banks goes back to WWE, this will be a short-term deal. Those in WWE believe she will be back at some point but have no idea when due to the money issue.

Sasha Banks’ WWE exit was negotiated months ago. WWE also does not consider The Boss as main event-level star. Regardless, it remains to be seen how successful Banks will be in NJPW.
