Sgt. Slaughter Is Down To Take Role As Lacey Evans Manager

Sgt. Slaughter has been one of the controversial yet respected WWE legends of all time. Sarge has been known to make sporadic appearances for WWE over the years. However, he is completely open to return to a full-time managerial role for WWE star Lacey Evans.

Lacey Evans has proved herself to be a highly talented and ruthless WWE superstar of the women’s division. The former Sassy Southern Belle has had an impressive run in the WWE until now, however many believe that Lacey has much more to offer and is credited to be a future WWE Women’s champion.

Lacey Evans has undergone two character changes since her arrival to the main roster. She could be in for another gimmick change according to a new video vignette, however, WWE legend Sgt. Slaughter has expressed an interest to side with Evans which could be interesting when she returns to WWE television programming.

Sgt. Slaughter was recently asked on Twitter that if he would be down to become Lacey Evans manager if offered chance by the WWE. The former WWE champion responded that he just needs the opportunity to stand next to Lacey Evans as her manager.

Lacey Evans returned to the WWE after her pregnancy in April 2022 under a new face character. Evans wrestled majorly on the SmackDown brand, with her last appearance signaling a heel turn after she launched an attack on Aliyah. There have been multiple rumors that she will be repackaged once again under the new management led by Triple H.
