JBL made his WWE return a couple of weeks ago as Baron Corbin’s mentor. Ever since then, Corbin has had a career resurgence and has been winning more consistently. The pairing almost seems perfect.
A couple of weeks ago, the two men were busy playing a game of poker when they were joined by Akira Tozawa who ended up cleaning house. This kickstarted a storyline feud between the two parties.
WWE recently announced high-stakes invitational poker tournament will take place this week on Monday Night RAW. JBL reacted to the announcement by asking the participants to bring plenty of money.
“Bring plenty of money. We got the cards and the Ugandan Prime Reserve Grade A Whiskey.”
While the participants of the high-stakes poker tournament haven’t been announced officially, it will be interesting to see if Akira Tozawa will also participate in the tournament. Stay tuned to Ringside News for live coverage of Monday Night RAW.
