Pac Wrestled Through An Injury On AEW Dynamite This Week

The rivalry between Death Triangle and The Elite is one of the best storylines in AEW at the moment. It all started when The Elite were stripped of their AEW World Trio Championship after their backstage altercation with CM Punk. This resulted in Death Triangle becoming the new AEW World Trios Champions.

From the moment Death Triangle won the Trios Championship, it felt like a storyline between Death Triangle and The Elite was inevitable. When The Elite finally returned to AEW television, they immediately clashed against Death Triangle at AEW Full Gear.

While both teams put on a good showing, Death Triangle walked away with the win. However, Pac walked away with a little more than he bargained for. During the match, Pac suffered broken nose as revealed by Bryan Alvarez of Wrestling Observer Live.

“Pac has a broken nose. He has a legitimate broken nose,” according to Bryan Alvarez

Following the match at Full Gear, Pac would appear with a protective mask during match two and three of the best of 7 series. Death Triangle currently leads the Best of 7 series 2-1 over The Elite.
