PAC Wrestled On AEW Dynamite With Injury He Sustained At Full Gear

PAC is one of the originals in AEW as he signed with the company back in 2019 as a true fan-favorite. The former Adrian Neville is also the leader of Death Triangle and a highlight of AEW television. Unfortunately, he happened to suffer an injury at AEW Full Gear. That didn’t keep him off AEW Dynamite this week.

Death Triangle defended their AEW Trios Tag Team Titles against The Elite at AEW Full Gear. In the end, the Death Triangle defeated the Elite at the event to retain their titles. This sparked a best of 7 series that we are still seeing play out.

While speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted that PAC suffered a broken nose during the trios match at Full Gear. Pac came prepared for this week’s match with his latest injury in mind.

Pac’s broken nose would explain why he wore a protective mask for Death Triangle’s first rematch against the Elite on Dynamite this week. That match only added to the drama, but it was also a legit medical device.

The Death Triangle is currently 2-0 in their best of 7 series. We will have to wait and see whether Death Triangle will win the series or not. Hopefully, Pac’s nose can heal up without any further complications.
