Jason David Frank, the actor who made a name for himself by portraying the Green and White Rangers on Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, passed away last week at the age of 49. The cause of death was suicide, and fans and peers alike continue to mourn his demise. In fact, even The New Day paid tribute to him during a recent WWE house show.

Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston are two of the biggest fans of pop culture in the world of professional wrestling. In fact, they were deeply saddened by Jason David Frank’s demise last week as they shared a special connection with the late actor.

Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston wore their Power Rangers-inspired ring gear during a WWE live event on Sunday night in Portland, Maine, as a tribute to Frank. Kingston wore the Green Ranger outfit, while Woods was dressed as the White Ranger. Of course, Tommy played the role of both the White and Green Ranger at one point in time.

The New Day had previously worn these during WWE live events as well. Frank may no longer be with us, but his contributions to pop culture, in general, will never be forgotten.
