WWE always has a lot of things planned for the calendar year that they must take into consideration. This is especially true after their very hectic schedule this year itself. One of those plans included holding the WWE Draft a bit earlier than usual.

The Survivor Series premium live event concluded last night, and it was truly a night of memorable moments and great matches. Now the company is already thinking about next year’s line of premium live events.

While speaking during Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted that WWE plans on having the Draft take place after WrestleMania next year. A date was seemingly set for October, but they didn’t pull the trigger on it.

There’s been some talk of waiting until after WrestleMania to do it. There was talk at one point for October, but I guess they didn’t do it. There was a date that was talked about at one point, but they just didn’t pull the trigger on it.

We will have to wait and see when WWE will be holding the next edition of the Draft and who will end up getting drafted this time around. Fans are certainly looking forward to it as well.
