MJF Called A ‘Fountain Of Untapped Potential’

MJF is often praised for his abilities, both inside the ring and outside. There are many speculations surrounding MJF nowadays, all pointing towards him achieving babyface status. There’s no doubt he’s one of AEW’s greatest assets. Recently, a Blackpool Combat Club member spoke about how there’s more of MJF to come.

Blackpool Combat Club member Wheeler Yuta recently appeared on the latest episode of The Ringer Wrestling Show’s ‘MackMania’. Yuta was asked to express his thoughts about MJF.

“Ah man, I should’ve saved ‘real piece of s**t’ for Maxwell. Man, can I change my answer?”

Yuta then decided to get real and say that there’s huge potential in MJF. He further talked about how we have just seen a sliver of what MJF has to offer.

“I’ll say, I just think a fountain of untapped potential. I think he’s only just getting to the bare surface of what he can do in pro wrestling. I think he’s just gonna keep growing.”

October 5th’s Rampage episode saw MJF square off against Wheeler Yuta. This was MJF’s first match since winning the Casino Ladder match at All Out in September. MJF won a poker chip for winning this ladder match, which gave him the ability to cash it in for title shot at any AEW event he wanted. MJF chose to cash it in for a title match against AEW World Champion Jon Moxley at the upcoming Full Gear event.
