WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair is regarded as one of the all-time greats in pro wrestling. In fact, his influence is far-reaching even now. MJF mentioned him during a recent promo and Flair decided to react to it.

As seen on this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite, MJF cut an intense promo ahead of his match against Jon Moxley at AEW Full Gear. As usual, the Salt of the Earth held nothing back.

MJF mentioned names who helped change pro wrestling, including Bruno Sammartino, Dusty Rhodes, Ric Flair, Hulk Hogan, The Rock, “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, and John Cena. Ric Flair took to Twitter and reacted to being mentioned, making it clear that he was elated.

We will have to wait and see how MJF will fare against Jon Moxley at AEW Full Gear on November 19th. Fans are certainly excited about it as well. If anything, it seems that MJF won over Ric Flair in a big way with this week’s promo.
