Goldberg is certainly a legend in the pro wrestling business, as he saw a monumental run at the top in WCW during the 1990s. His undefeated streak in WCW continues to be a thing of legend as well. He has faced many opponents, including Raven. In fact, Raven had something interesting to see about their match together.
The former WWE Universal Champion might have been one of the biggest stars during the Monday Night Wars, but he was never known for his solid in-ring skills. In fact, his lack of in-ring ability was exposed multiple times throughout his career.
While speaking during a recent K&S Wrestlefest webcast, Raven talked about his match against Goldberg back in WCW. Raven believed that he gave Goldberg the best match of the WWE Hall Of Famer’s career.
“I thought it was great. I thought it was the best match that Goldberg ever had.”
We’ll have to see when Goldberg will be back in WWE, as he is still under contract with the company. Until then, fans will continue to miss the living legend.
