Bandido impressed fans throughout his career, and it’s one of the reasons why AEW had him compete against Chris Jericho on Dynamite earlier this month. Bandido’s contract status after that was always a topic of discussion, but now it seems he has signed with AEW.

Despite his loss, Bandido certainly made sure fans realized his worth. The former ROH World Champion has already become a very desirable talent after his performance as well.

According to Dave Meltzer on the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, it was reported that Bandido has finally signed a contract with AEW.

PWInsider reported the signings of Juice Robinson and Bandido. AEW hadn’t confirmed either signing but they never confirm them until they release it themselves. But as a general rule they are pretty quick to release it themselves, especially with Bandido that I’d think they’d do it if pen was put to paper.

The only thing I was told regarding Bandido is that he had verbally agreed to terms and everyone was going with the idea he was coming in, but nobody could confirm if he’s put actual pen to paper. But we’ve basically been told he’s considered in. He was doing shows in Europe this week and beat Senza Volto to win the title for Belgium’s BodyZol promotion, which would indicate he’s planning on returning there

We will have to wait and see when the Mexican star will make his return to AEW television. He is clearly an impressive talent and will be a huge addition to the AEW/ROH roster. If anything, Tony Khan could always use someone with Bandido’s unique abilities on his roster.

Are you glad he is now All Elite? Sound off in the comments!
